No. You don't need a title to lead. Some of the people I talk to have a big one. Lots don't. They're just the person others look to. If people are looking to you, that's enough to start.

Yes. It's really common for a business to grow faster than the way it's run. Then more and more of it lands on your desk. We'd look at what can move to your team, and how to hand it over so it stays handed over. For established founders, I also work 1:1 as an experienced operator beside you. It's called Operator in Your Corner, and we can see on the call whether it fits.

Yes. Leading volunteers is its own thing. People give their time freely, so a job title won't carry you. At home, a lot of the same tools help. Listening properly, for example, or handling a hard conversation calmly. We can look at your work and your home life together.
